Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
The Louisiana Hospital Association is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Affairs to join our team in Baton Rouge. This VP will provide leadership in initiatives and on-going efforts pertaining to hospital quality improvement and patient safety. In addition, this individual will be responsible for assuring that clinical and professional matters impacting LHA?s members are addressed proactively. The LHA is seeking a candidate with an advanced degree who has a clinical background in medicine, nursing or other clinically-relevant field. The candidate should also have five or more years senior management experience relative to clinical leadership, quality improvement and change management, as well as knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, patient care and quality measurement reporting trends.
